I thought I would start one about Sherikon and Marcan so we can stay on topic a little.
I have to say for a respose to Dave's comment about Sherikon's face of beauty. I also think she has a remarkable attitude from what I can see in the cams. She seems to be very lady like. She seems to be like the type of cat that looks like it's saying...excuse me or hi im over here, with those batting eyes...lol. She seems to be a very sweet girl.
Marcan really does seem to be very alert. It seems like he just has to know whats all going on around him. My point I guess is that they both are AWESOME Cats. I've never seem a Golden Tabby Tiger until I came to TH. They are both Beautiful!!! _________________ An animal's eyes have the power to speak a great language." ~ Martin Buber |

Can't see anything on White Tigers #1 and #3. Are they down for maintenance? _________________ alternate moniker =^..^= copycat |

I can get #3 now, but not #1. I don't know why. I have the day off today, and have been trying all day! _________________ alternate moniker =^..^= copycat |

Hey, I'm not complaining, but I haven't been able to see anything in cam 1 either. I've tried after you said Tundra is back in the sadle...hehe. I just wanted to let you know that Denise isn't the only one. No big hurry, we know your busy, when you get a chance that would be great...thanks for everything Dave!! _________________ An animal's eyes have the power to speak a great language." ~ Martin Buber |

I can see one of the Goldens on Cam #3 from afar. It's almost impossible for me to see them, so I get excited when I do. _________________ alternate moniker =^..^= copycat |

Denise, I'm a little confused. Are you talking about the cams in the White Tigers or Goldens? For me it's Cam 1 of the White Tigers that's not working. Cam 1 & Cam 3 of the Goldens have been working fine. _________________ An animal's eyes have the power to speak a great language." ~ Martin Buber |

Cam #1 in the White Tigers is not working. Since we are in Marcan & Sherikon's thread, I was commenting on being able to see them for awhile today. Its a big thing for me. If I do, its a paw or the end of a tail. _________________ alternate moniker =^..^= copycat |

Just saw gb3llma's gallery pic #3481. I believe this is the elusive Sherikon, right? A miracle pose for sure! _________________ alternate moniker =^..^= copycat |

I noticed that one too, Denise, and love it. She always gets the best shots of Sherikon _________________ "The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated." Mahatma Gandhi |

Awww....you guys are too nice!! Yes, indeedy, Denise....that is the ever elusive Sherikon. Barbara noted once how Sherikon just sort of lays back and lets Marcan do his strutting around stuff. (He LOVES to show off!LOL) She's camera shy I think Patience was not a player this time.....I GOT LUCKY! Took a quick peek in just before work today while I was tying my shoes and there she was. (OK, so it made me late. I have a nice list of excuses-haha) Glad you guys liked it; isn't she sweet??? She also has my vote as THE hardest cat to get a close up on...well, besides Sampson that is!!) Tell ya what....EVERYBODY is getting great shots these days!! I've looked in that gallery too and giving fair warning to all.......I'm snagging your pics!!!LOL (Really, I am but I'm also copying which name goes with each pic & they're in my "SNAGS" file....sort of TH friends snapshot scrapbook--say that 10 times real fast. )
Hey! I'm rambling..... Good to see you guys!
Almost the same time posting...LOL Only feathers huh? That was what I thought when I saw her.....*me=thinking....'must be a bird'.....or a plane....or......????(SuperMidnight? ) _________________ "When one tugs at a single thing in nature, he finds it attached to the rest of the world." ~John Muir~ |
